My characters will soon be entering the holy sanctum of Kiaransalee in Szith Morcane, and I need some help in advance. They will probably try to dispel the Forbiddance effect in place, but at the same time, an Unhallow effect is also there. Will this also be dispelled by a Dispel Magic, or is it only Hallow that counters Unhallow? I mean, if the cleric succeeds in dispelling the Forbiddance spell, he will automatically manage to dispel the lower lever Unhallow spell as well.

Hallow is an instantaneous effect, meaning that Dispel Magic is ineffective against it. You'd need to Unhallow it. Break Enchantment won't work either as it affects creatures, not areas.
