D&D 5E Unintended consequence of a small change?

Thinking about changing the Divine Sense from detecting fiends, undead and <insert third thing I forgot here> to just detecting evil dragon and dragonkin.

Also instead of detecting desecrated areas into Dragon Lair or influenced area.

This seems like a simple swap to me. Is there something I am missing that would make this "to good"?

It's much worse. Fiends and undead are subtle and good at hiding; most dragons are the size of a barn and roar. By the time you detect one, it's eaten you.

EDIT: instead of swapping out all the normal creatures (fiends, divine creatures, undead), ask your DM if you can just swap out one of them. That ought to be balanced and fair!
