I've got an adventure with 17(ish) encounters of EL 2 to EL 9 (most are EL 5-6). There's the opportunity for some random encounters there as well. A group of 4 third levels plus the 4th level might be able to manage it, and should be able to do better as the adventure progresses and they get a level or three. Possibly add the 6th level character as well?

What do you guys think? I know third to sixth is quite a level spread. I can try adjusting some of the encounters, but that's definitely not my best thing

Yup, hard for glass eye to shoe horn in H.

Mowgli, keep in mind, Heinrich is a fire elementalist with a specialized spell feat making his fireball quite messy. He would never volunteer to enter a wet environ as that would be suicide.

A 7 hd fireball average damage is like 24 hp, enough to outright kill a 3 hd creature with failed reflex save.

If we need more 4th levels, I have enough DMC's lying around collecting dust I could level Thuvian up to at least 4th, and possibly 5th as well. I'd try to run another game, but my plate's just a bit full right now with real life and the games I'm already running.

[MENTION=6667193]sunshadow21[/MENTION], why don't you go ahead and level him to 5th if you can, 4th if not. I'll get the adventure prepped and straight in my head over the weekend and submit it for judge's review, and run it for 1-2 thirds, a 4th, a 5th and a 6th (or two 4ths and a 6th if you can only get Thuvian to 4th).

Mowgli, I don't mind riding along as Judge for you. Though I suggest breaking it up into smaller parts of 3-5 encounters.

There is also a few players that are close to being done and available. The Tie That Binds is getting close to finishing combat and then they will be done soon after. That puts GE and Artur Hawkwing's 6th level characters available as well. Also IronWolf's and Jkasen's characters too, but they have been busy with RL and might need to park for awhile. Dunno.

That will free me up to run something. I can probably handle 4-5 characters at that level, lighter on the role-playing.

But, I could run something at the lower levels if our veterans and Judges are taken care of. I have a few things where I have maps and encounter plans already from games off site. Of course I could help a newcomer run something like that instead.

Thuvian easily reached 5th level with plenty of DMCs still left over, and I've started the process of leveling him up.
