I mean each edition is like 3 hardcover books, right?Wow, $100 5E, and another $100 for DCC as seperate slipcases?

Yeah, I kind of thought it was three books because of supporting both games.I mean each edition is like 3 hardcover books, right?
The first book is a scan of the original plus numerous essays. The second one is the converted adventure, the third one extra material that expands the adventure. The first one, from my understanding, should be identical in the 5e and DCC versions, while the latter two are different.Yeah, I kind of thought it was three books because of supporting both games.
I was tempted to just get the pdf for $50, but pulled the trigger for the hardcopy too.I really really want this - but I having trouble pulling the trigger after spending $70 + S&H for Flee, Mortals!
Unfortunately, knowing myself, a PDF is never gonna do it. If this old man really wants to absorb something with the plans to run it, he needs it in print with highlighter, pen, and post-its in hand with an easy ability to flip back and forth between pages.I was tempted to just get the pdf for $50, but pulled the trigger for the hardcopy too.
Same. No idea if I’ll use it, but back in the day I always felt like the kid at the un-cool table (yes, even among early 80’s gamers) for not having experienced it.I was tempted to just get the pdf for $50, but pulled the trigger for the hardcopy too.
