Gamingreport.com has posted an update on the new D&D Movie. Apparently rumours of Paris Hilton joining the cast are false. According to the report, the film "it sounds like a much better film than the first and should be more on par with what gamer's expectations were for the first movie release", but we're not holding out breath.

As long as its on par with Peter Jackson's LotR films, I'll be happy. Not expecting anymore. ;)
Dream on. They don't have the budget that would equal to one epic film production.

I just want one where the party is actually dungeon crawling, not some puny-arse thief's test that Ridley went through. Blech!

I was just being sarcastic. But I agree with you, they need a real dungeon crawl to make it a real DnD movie.

I'd be happy if it were as good as... Red Sonja. ;)

Give me a video camera, a broomstick, a cardboard box with "powerful magical artifact" scrawled on the side, and fifteen minutes, and I'll make you something better than "Red Sonja".

Well said, "Red Sonja" was a horrible movie. I couldn't even watch the whole thing.
