Yeah I loved the Horizon Walker they had, it was one of my favourites.

I can't really say, because when I read it I found the fluff so bad I blanked out on the mechanics.

Reread it, I once pointed out to Mearls that you can have a Lawful Evil Paladin of Conquest that "falls" by doing good, becoming a good Oath of Treachery Blackguard.

Yeah the Storm Heralds are cool and they have three unique options for a variety of builds.
