Upgrading Windows

Is there any way to upgrade from Windows XP Home Edition to Windows XP Media Center Edition *without* formatting and reinstalling everything?

I've been thinking of it, in order to work with my XBox 360, but I really don't want to have to turn around and have to reinstall everything on my PC...

I disagree entirely.

Media Center (with a decent tv tuner card) rocks.

But XCorvis is correct, there's no real upgrade path.
