Urban druids?

Roof-jumper {Tactical} (Cityscape p62)
PRQ: Balance 7 ranks, Jump 7 ranks, Dodge, Mobility, Roofwalker

Roof-jumper: Death from above: You can charge by dropping 20'+, with bonus damage +1d6/ 10 feet beyond the first 10 feet. You are damaged by the fall, and can reduce it with skill checks, but cannot slow the fall to avoid it altogether ala monk class or feather fall

Roof-jumper: Urban Acrobatics: You can move up to your full movement horizontally when falling within arm's reach of a wall. The move is 5' per 10' fallen on a deliberate fall, and per 20' on an accidental fall.

Note: Cannot use both maneuvers in the same round

Roofwalker: same as RoD

Though technically not an Urban Druid, the Druid Avenger variant from Unearthed Arcana can function quite well in that environment.

You guys are great - thank you! Drdevoid and Jesse, I really appreciate you excerpting that for me. I assumed it'd be shorter.

I'm planning a short campaign in Five Fingers, and it's really tailormade for this stuff. The whole city is built on islands, and has "the Rigs" - a lawless network of ropes and platforms above most of the city where goblins and the underclass live. If there's ever been a place where city skills pay off, it's here.
