Useful Sites/Resources for a New Eberron Game?

Does anyone know any useful sites or resources for a new Eberron game I am starting my group on this weekend? We plan on playing this for the next few months and I have all the hardcover Eberron books released to date (which I am still reading). I have looked at the Eberron Homepage and it's Dragonshard and Sharn Inquisitive Articles (again, which I am still reading), but I am looking for resources that could be useful beyond what I already have that don't involve too much additional reading to use immediately. For example, a site that has premade NPCs and maps for Eberron would be perfect. I could really use some NPC stats for 'typical' members of the houses, soldiers and spies of the five nations, emerald claw soldiers, warforged bandits, sharn thugs, etc. Maps of locations for encounters in Sharn would be exceptional also. I plan on having several encounters in Sharn and I don't have enough different locations for it. Specifically, I would like locations that can emphasize the three-dimensinal aspect of the city with its walkway bridges, stairwells, skyscraper rooftops, balconies, and skyways. My players have chosen to play a male Kalashtar Soulknife, a female Half-Orc Dragonmarked Monk of House Tharashk (mark of finding), and a Changling Warlock.

I'll preface this by saying I haven't read much of the Eberron books myself, though have the Campaign Setting and have browsed some of the others.

You mention that you already own all the Eberron hardcover books but haven't finished reading them yet? Then you list a bunch of Eberron material you're after? I'd humbly suggest that the stuff you want is most likely to be found in the Eberron books?

Like for example "premade NPCs and maps" sounds like Explorer's Handbook.
And "encounters in Sharn" sounds like the Sharn book.

Or am I missing something?

I have perused what is available in all the books as far as NPCs and maps and I know that what I need more of is what I asked for. What is in those books is decent, but isn't enough for what I have planned in my campaign. The website linked above might be useful, though it doesn't appear to have any NPCs or maps; thanks.

Chapter 8: Organizations in the ECS has a sample NPC for each listed organization.
Sharn: City of Towers has various and sundry maps sprinkled throughout the book.
The Explorer's Handbook has floor/deck plans for lightning rail carts and airships, as well as maps for both unique locations (Ashtakala) and some generics as well (average lightning rail station).

Jhonen Olain's Eberron Journal (linked to by previous poster) is a great resource.

IIRC, Hellcow's website - http://www.bossythecow.com had a 5th level Dhakaani party, a 1st level adventuring party, and a few other bits & pieces.

You may also want to check out the Eberron-specific boards on WotC's website. IMHO, the S:N ratio is much better here, but they have several subforums dedicated solely to Eberron.

If you're looking for anything further, you're most likely on your own. There are plenty of maps, NPCs, etc. from other sources that should be generic enough to either drop into place, or would require very little tweaking.
