User CP not working?

User CP doesn't seem to be working at all for me. I get a blank black page. Anyone else have this problem?

Also, are the Bold, Italic, etc buttons (ie, the first 8) showing up as slightly-lighter-than-black text with black background? Makes it very hard to see.

I was wondering that very same thing, then I found the button by pure chance.

It appears that you mearly have to go to another thread and then to back to the main messageboard page. It should be in it's rightful place at that point.

For the formatting controls, go to User CP, and the options tab. Scroll down towards the bottom (two spots above your avatar), and make the following selection:

Use vBCode quick links on your message input screens?
Show Enhanced (WYSIWYG) Toolbar
