Using skills untrained??

Is it possible to use an skill you are not trained in?? So lets say my character has chosen this skills:

Perception, Insight, Arcana, Stealth

Would it be usable to use bluff? Or intimidate? Atheletics? (minus the -5 for being trained)

Yes, unless the specific use of the skill you're trying to perform says (Trained Only) in the header. For example, you can't use Arcana to detect magic unless you're trained in the skill, but you can still make use of other functions of the Arcana skill.

I only counted 2 uses of an skill u cant use untrained.. should that be right?
