Using Summoned Creatures to gain an AoO

Ok some thoughts on this topic. Since it seems some GMs have problems with allowing AoO+Cleave on Summoned creatures, because the players are only doing to get a game mechanic advantage, what about the following:

By using the following spell would be similar to a caster using a 3rd level Summon spell to summon 1d4+1 1st level creatures. A 5th level fighter is most likely to hit and kill in a single blow a 1st level creature. I raised it a level (above 3rd) because with the spell the target would not need Cleave, but would require combat reflexes to gain at least more than one attack.

Spell: Summon a Fighter's Rage
Level: 4
School: Transmutation
Range: Short (25 + 5/2 lvls)
Duration: Instantaneous
Casting time: 1 round
Target: 1 individual
Description:
When casting this spell the caster builds up the rage in the target bringing it to a fighting fury. This spell grants the target 1d4+1 extra attacks upto the targets available AoOs left in the round. The target must have at least one AoO left and can only make a number of attacks (at his highest BAB) as he has remaining AoO.

Using such attacks is exhausting and uses up as many AoO that the targets attacks during the spell. The target gets attacks on the turn of the casters, when he is done casting the spell (which takes a full round to cast).

OT: Hey Storyteller are you a mod? Just curious, because there isnt a tag on your name identifying yourself as one, like most forums. If so, I think you are doing a good job. :)
