Pathfinder 1E Using the Pathfinder System for an Alternate Setting - Anyone doing it?

Yep, using PF plus the Complete Books, Spell Compendium and Eberron Books in an Eberron Dhakaani campaign. It works pretty well, but you have to step around a few issues. My next campaign will probably do away with everything but Pathfinder core and maybe the Tome of Secrets once I look it over.

I'm currently working on my own 3.5/PF homebrew campaign setting based on the idea of a mideval fantasy version of the United States of America. The first adventure path is an undead apocolypse scenario.

Right now I am running one of Paizo's AP for 3.5 using PF rules now(though with plenty of house rules, I feel they are required).

But once finished I am seriously tempted to run a Greyhawk based game, and I have a good feeling a friend is looking to run a Middle Earth based game, likely middle third age style.

I've been running PF in FR since the Alpha rules, but I think I will try my first Golarion campaign with 'Council of Thieves' (Cheliax absolutely *RULES*! ;)), because I'm growing to love the setting as much as I love FR!
