Gon Shi bows to the two combatants and pulls out a scroll. Reading slowly he intones:
The ancient masters have decreed this match to take place at the canyon west of the Vineyard of Xian's Song on the day of the northstar.
"A very nice place the Vineyard of Xian's Song.....although I do believe they are behind on their taxes. Perhaps the winner will help me collect."
He reads some more from his scroll, mumbling under his breath, "Judge insults. There is no guideline here... just judge which insult you like better. Don't look at how the insult is used in the flavor text, just judge the insults themselves."
He nods and announces in his nasally tone, "a boring geisha and a world confined to a puny toilet is far more cutting than a sloppy sister and a worn out farm. Orlandu may go second."

Yeah Chi Makes me go first.. not that it matters for this match...

[I'm not sure where that interpretation comes from. From what I read, "Chi Strike A fighter with chi strike can hit so hard the opponent has no choice but to react. Once per match a fighter with the power can declare any generated move to be a chi strike. The fighter however must post first in the round in order to do so. The effect of the chi strike is such that the opponent can use no power other than that which results from the random generator (i.e. signature style/location/modifier). Powers that may not be used include Holy Day, Dirty Trick and Sneaky Trick. Chi strike may not be used in connection with Fist of Fury but may be used with Perfect Master. " the implication is that you MUST go first to use Chi Strike in a round. Not that Chi Strike forces you to go first.]
