Valenar Elf Monster Stats

Been kicking around ideas for these elves and wanted to get some opinions on this. Does this look about right for CR? The bonuses from Mounted Combatant are situational but I treated it as the Pack Tactics feature Kobolds get as that is the dangerous aspect of the feat.

Trance. Elves don’t need to sleep. Instead, they meditate deeply, remaining semiconscious, for 4 hours a day.

Mounted Combatant. Same as Feat
