Well, I still think that Craigs will be better, once it gets released in Immortals Handbook. What I seen so far indicates it. Every ability in MM, MM2 & ELH has been rated & given a CR value. Its shaping up to be 12 pages long, the bit about CR calculations...

Anyways, I want the SS really much too.... really. Hmmm... the books on my list so far over "I WANT"

Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting
Savage Species
Alchemy & Herbalism

Which is exactly five books more than I can afford at the moment..... sob sob sob....
Alot of books out there.... alot....

I want Immortals Handbook too when it comes (It includes enemies & stuff as far as CR 500 or something). Good book for creating deities and stuff. Looks like there's gonna be a load of Weapon & Armor abilities in it as well.

Anyways, you should see the Vampire PDF I got, looks kewl... makes me feel all warm inside...

Of those five books, I suggest you get them in the following order (in terms of usefullness):

1. Deities and Demigods (everything you need to know about making deities and pantheons.)
2. Savage Species (My next first level character is going to be an Ogre Mage! Oni forever!)
3. Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting (Mostly for the feats, spells, items, monsters, prcs, and pc races. Although it does include a lot of usuefull stuff. I co-opted the Cult of The Dragon, the Shades, and the Red Wizards to my own homebrew.)
4. Book of Vile Darkness (Warning, does include mature content. This has all you need to create a really VILE BBEG. )
5. Alchemy & Herbalism (Don't know anything about this, is it any good?)

Its kinda kewl in my own opinion. Seems like Dio likes it as well, which is good. Damm, what I wouldn't give to have a publishing contract and a chance to make an entire undead kinda book. You wouldn't happen to have such a contract lying around somewhere back home would ya?

My initial document on vampires just passed 80 downloads today on the House Rules forum

The book of Alchemy & Herbalism simply includes alot of extra material for those two rather overlooked skills. I myself am working on a rather conclusive list of components, herbs and minerals for my own campaign, so the book should be quite usable to me, I think.
