Variant Death Deity Favored Weapon

IMC, the god of death has a different persona with each humanoid race. Along with the differing personae comes a different weapon. To halflings, death is the Coachman a sinister being who drives the midnight coach to ferry the souls of the dead to the afterlife. His prefered weapon is the whip he uses to drive his team of eight hell hounds. To dwarves, he is the earth-shacker or the tunneler below. He uses his large iron pick to dig through the earth and up into the graves of the newly deceased. He also uses his pick to shake the ground and collapse tunnels.

Essentially, just pick a persona for your god and derive a weapon from the tools he uses.

Physical weapons, bah! The favorite weapon of a death diety should be time.

Sign me up! Time to make a Favored Soul of that deity so I can get Weapon Focus and Weapon Specialization in Time.

Hmmm, lots of good ideas here. Garrote does sound interesting, but as I said in the first post, he hates Undead and although it would be funny watching people try to destroy Undead with garrotes, I don't think it's plausible.

Sooo, I figure I'll choose the kukris, one named Life and the other named Death, although I'll go through the trusty Etymology website I use to pick cooler names which mean the same thing. Life and Death work well for a God of Death and is a little ironic when fighting Undead, so I'll go with that.

Lots of good ideas here, though. I ALMOST convinced myself to make him have like eight arms and use eight different weapons so I could use more ideas, but I wasn't quite able to.
