vB code (I think) and posting doodads

I don't know where to look for the instructions on vB code and basically how to tailor my posts. Font sizes, smilies, text coloring... I'm totally lost here, people. Could somebody point me in the right direction please?

Hey there!

Well, one option is to set your options to "guided mode" (or something like that.) This gives you a toolbar when posting.

For the do-it-yourselfers, look down at the bottom left of this page. You'll see a small link named "vB code is on." Click on it, and it'll show you everythign you need.

Thanks, PC. The vB code link on the bottom left just gets me an error message.

I mentioned this to Morrus on the bug report thread above. I guess it didn't make the repair list 'cause that was a few weeks ago. I'll try the guided mode for my future posts.

OK -- somewhere in your profile is an option which will allow you to use a WYSIWYG editor. This gives you a bunch of buttons when posting, which allow you to selct fonts, colours, sizes, etc.
