Velociraptors?

check out Jump skill in the PHB. for every 10 feet over a base land speed of 30, a creature has a +4 to Jump checks. so, this dino has a +12 speed mod, and 2 ranks in Jump.

*3rd eye opens* Ah-ha!
But... that means it has 2 ranks in Hide, 2 in Jump, and 1 each in Listen, Spot, and Survival. That's 7 skill points, but a 4 HD critter with an Int of 2 should only have 4 skill points.... right?
