D&D 3E/3.5 Venomfire crit question

Hi all,

On a confirmed critical hit do you add the Venomfire damage to the hit damage before or after multiplying the damage?

"You cause the subject's venom to become caustic, dealing an additional 1d6 points of acid damage per caster level with each use.
This spell has no effect on creatures that do not naturally produce poison."

Presumably that adds acid damage to a bite attack that can cause poison. So I would double the damage from the bite attack only, and the additional acid damage would come on top of it. The damage from venomfire should probably not be increased.
