Versatile Hero for d20 Shadowrun?

I just downloaded the versatile hero from Big Finger Games. Has anyone used this pdf? I think it will be perfect to simulate Shadowrun character creation in d20 Modern. Any thoughts?

Please forgive my ignorance, but what is the current status of Shadowrun? And is there a d20 conversion somewhere?

Shadowrun 4th Edition was released at GenCon. It should now be available at your FLGS through the normal distribution chain. The PDF is also available through either drivethrurpg.com or battlecorps.com.

The latest incarnation is NOT a d20 version. It remains a d6 based game. However, the fourth edition of the game completely revamps everything there is to revamp. There's a solid review of the game available on rpg.net right here.
