Very Quick! Very Urgent! Suggest new name for EN World Player's Journal

Well, we're pretty much "doing a Paizo" and redesigning the concept of the mag. While it will primarily focus on D&D, we're going to be slyly insterting ourselves into the now-vacant Poly market to an extent. Any thoughts on how much we should do so are welcomed.

Oh, gawd no. PLEASE don't stick with a D&D focus. We all realize that D&D is the bread and butter of WotC, and thus "understand" the reasons for the death of Poly, but you are speaking directly from the mouth of the one place that practically assures you will reach the non D&D masses. We NEED a non D&D resource, and believe me "if you build it, THEY will come..."

Someone should put a poll up - I bet you would be surprised at how many would love for ENWorld Gamer to be the new Poly.

No. Don't focus on D&D. That's what Dragon is for. Why do you want to compete with them?

Just focus on d20 fantasy and non-fantasy.
I'll fourth this one as I'd be more likely to subscribe if it was just d20 fantasy and non-fantasy. I picked up a copy of ENPJ #4 just recently and while I liked what I saw, I felt it was too much like Dragon to buy on a regular basis.

I'd defiantly go with D20 as a whole. As opposed to mainly D&D. With Poly going i'd love to see something fill that niche. I'm also on boared with the mini-games, i'd never have touched Dungeon if it weren't for the mini-games. The inclusion of those might be a very good move for the magazine.

I agree wholeheartedly that ENWorld Gamer should cater to all d20 gamers, and not only to D&D gamers. It just seems logical to step into the vacuum left by Polyhedrons demise...

Hmm. And here I was thinking nobody wanted d20 stuff in their magazines. It was like the old 'you got rock 'n' roll in my country!', and 'no, you got country in my rock 'n' roll!'

They took our jerbs!!!
