I've uploaded updated versions of the 3 previously-posted classes. Main tweaks are to the no. of maneuvers you get per encounter (it starts at about what a Bo9S class gets, but increases at a slower rate because on-the-fly choosing of maneuvers means nothing is wasted).
Also added a 4th villain class, the sorcerous warrior, which is a fighter/wiz using spell slots to power both spells and maneuvers. I thought of having separate spells and maneuvers, but managing multiple resource pools sounded too much like work.
