At a quick glance through, I like Wouldn't have minded a bit more crunch but there's plenty to go on.

I don't care about the fluff, but there's a weapon enhancement, an artifact, and 3 monsters. that's pretty good, for free.

The fluff inspired one or two things for my own setting and the artifact did the same. So I'm quite happy with this one.
