Want to play some OLD SKOOL D&D?

Would you be interested in playing in an "old school" RC D&D game?

  • Sure, with the right group, could be fun. I'd try it out.

It will depends of what you mean by "old school." I prefer the old rules but I have no patient to stupid dungeon crawls, weird dungeons' ecologies, riddles, or labyrinths. I guess my answer is no, but I'm not sure of what you're asking in the first place.

That is what old school D&D is about.

Eric, RA best me to the punch on AC. I had been doing that for years now.

I've been craving some ftf gaming so I talked with a friend of mine and suggested we get together once a month or so for a game even if it is beer and pretzels style dungeon crawling. I said I'd be happy playing or DMing, using 3.5 D&D, Wheel of Time d20, 2e, 1e, basic, etc. whatever he wanted. He said he didn't think he had the time to come up with stuff to DM but he would be interested in playing anything I wanted to run, except he wouldn't have an interest in basic D&D. So I'm going to be running a solo 3.5 gestalt game for him, using a basic module as a start ;)
