I used to have it (before a hard drive failure). It came out pretty early after 3e, I want to say maybe 2 years ago?
Very simple and clean.
Worked in Windows OS.
You plugged in your stats, creature type and #number of hit dice and it feed you skill numbers, saves, etc.
The Planescape team is working on monsters and if anybody could give me a lead it would be a real time saver.
