War Hulk PrC a bit strong?

Neither did the halfling outrider from Sword & Fist.

Nah, the Outrider had no BaB, as in no column for one. The survivor and the war hulk have a column, it just says +0 the whole way through.

Incidentally, there's a miniature for the Halfling Outrider coming up in Dragoneye, it's pictured in the MHb.

I think it very likely (if not already confirmed) that the Outrider will be in the Complete Warrior. Hopefully with a BAB column!
