The latest Miniatures Errata is up, and it includes an interesting piece of errata for all those who followed the Sunder/Full Action issue.
The original text of the ability is as follows:
Mighty Swing (Ex): Starting at 4th-level, a war hulk can make a mighty swing. A mighty swing is like a great swing, except that it is a standard action rather than a full-round action. Thus the character can move and make a mighty swing or (if he can make multiple attacks) make multiple mighty swings in a single round.
This has been errataed to the following:
Mighty Swing (Ex): Starting at 4th-level, a war hulk can make a mighty swing. A mighty swing is like a great swing, except that it is a attack action rather than a full-round action. Thus the character can move and make a mighty swing or (if he can make multiple attacks) make multiple mighty swings in a single round.
Although I'm not quite sure where the term "Attack action" comes from, it does make it more likely that table 8-2 in the PHB (Actions in Combat) is wrong, and that Sunder should be "Action Type Varies" or even "Attack Action", if that is a usable term.
