War Wizardry

I'm sure the answer is yes but I will ask it anyways.

Wizard with War Wizardry feat casts a spell that last multiple rounds.

Does damage from future rounds, such as a a PC starting its turn in the zone, still only take half damage?

I'd say yes.

There's nothing in the feat which limits its effects to once per round, or once per power.

If the PC still has the War Wizardry feat on future rounds, the feat still works. (That is to say: if somehow the PC got this feat for only one round, then I'd think the feat would not work for rounds in which the PC didn't have it. But that can't happen under the current rules.)

Yep. It doesn't even require you to roll to hit your buddies. Wall of Fire'll deal half damage, etc.

All it says [about damage] is 'half damage' and that's all you need to know.

Unfortunately, I know.

I was hoping someone was going to piont out my lunacy by providing evidence to some invisible sentence that I'd missed that changed how that feat works! :D

Alas, I will live with the cheese and die by the cheese.
