Warcraft III help

Yeah the NE heros were lame.

Arthas ruled IMO, he went down the dark path so well. Every step of the way I'm like well duh maybe its a bit grey area like but its the smart thing to do. He just felt like a guy willing to make the tough choices while everyone else was wussing out around him.

And then there were Orcs with not just 1 cool hero but 2 cool heros.
I agree. Thrall and Grom were so cool that my very first character in World of Warcraft is going to be an orc. I love the way that the orcs in Warcraft are a proud and honorable race rather than the mindless animals typically found in fantasy. It's really a cool concept.

If anyone's interested, I wrote an alternate night elf PC race (quite a bit different from the one in the Warcraft RPG), bearing in mind the Planethouched (who are also LA +1), which I can post here.

And while I still haven't bought Frozen Throne, I perused the Battle.net Strategy Guide and took a peek at the new units, and the Elven Spellbreaker just looks nasty!

I actually didn't like Throne of Chaos so much as an expansion. My problem with it was that you don't spend enough time playing with the new units: they're so enamored of the new (and admittedly cool) sea-creature race (can't remember the name) that you play them through a lot of the missions. And when you play the humans, you actually play blood elves, which have a weird set of units as well. I ended up not getting a good sense at all of how to incorporate the expansion units into my WIII strategy.

Keep in mind, tho, that the game is aimed more towards multiplayer than singleplayer.

Still, Warcraft III is no match for Starcraft. Starcraft has no equal! :D

True on both counts, Thanee. Still, I tend to use the singleplayer games to learn how to use the individual units; Frozen Throne didn't help me learn this.
