Warforged and Spawn of Kyruss

Two questions:

1) Are you the DM for the scenario in question?

2) Is the proposal awesome?

If both #1 and #2 are true, then hell yes warforged can become spawn. Even if they couldn't normally, by virtue of #2 they can now. *nod*

I used this very procedure to allow warforged to become wraiths.

IMC energy drain was commuted to CON drain, and when CON reaches 0 through this means you become undead... Normal constructs aren't affected of course, but warforged have CON, ergo IMC they have souls and can be drained down to 0 and become undead.

I think the idea of Warforge becoming new types of undead is interesting. Mechanically, I wouldn't know where to start, but the idea is intriquing. Scary death knight types seem natural.

As much as I love Kyuss and his Spawn, I don't see this working. Being a carrier for Kyuss Worms, eh but still not sure it would do much to said warforged.
