Ok I have seen this a couple of times and am unsure the ruling and the why behind it.

Does a Juggernaut Warforge sustain Sneak Attack Damage?

If so... WHY? so that I can explain it... I have my own ideas but want to hear others.

I assume you are speaking of the Warforged Juggernaut PrC? They gain, at second level I believe, immunity to critical hits (just like a construct). I'm fairly certain that in the description of sneak attack, it states that creatures immune to critical hits are also immune to the extra damage dealt by sneak attack.

What IcyCool said. After you take the 2nd lvl of the PrC, you're immune to criticals and hence immune to sneak attacks.
