I guess you could take one level of Cleric with the Animal and Plant domains, then go the rest in Druid and Warlock.

Does it require Turn/Rebuke Undead? Otherwise you could go with one level of the Earthshaker PrC to get the Earth Domain ability to Turn/Rebuke Earth Creatures. But that needs 9 levels of Druid to get into.

Yes, turning/rebuke undead is required.

It makes use of turning to power its divine gifts


There's also an Eldritch Theurge, which works as an arcanist/warlock combo and sounds quite neat. There's a 50% or so chance I'll soon play one of those.

No, one level.

You get the Turn/Rebuke requirement from 1 level of Cleric, and the 2nd level divine spells requirement from 3 levels of druid.

Eldritch Disciple has requirements of Turn/Rebuke Undead, 2nd level Divine spells, and Least Invocations.

A single classed warlock can never meet this requirement. They do not cast spells so can never meet a prequisite of ability to cast X level spells.

Pg 18 of Complete Arcane specifies this.
