I have it but I am still reading though it as I had a lot of other stuff to do this past week. So far it looks good though. Does it take gadgeteering to the next level? Hmm not sure what you mean. It goes over how to create devices, elixirs (Alchemy), and zombies creation... it has a number of new feats, new invensions, and a new class (called the Smoker, kind of a alchemist/shaman type). Overall good so far (but I really have not had time to really look it over to make sure it is all balanced).
