Spell Compendium has the list of Repair Damage spells.
Repair Minor Damage
Repair Light Damage
Repair Moderate Damage
Repair Serious Damage
Repair Critical Damage
These are all xd8+(1/caster level) just like the Cure spells.
As for Mending healing damage, why not use Repair Minor Damage from Spell Compendium? A level 0 Sor/Wiz spell, transmutation, standard action, touch range, verbal and somatic components.
Mending is also a Bard, Cleric and Druid level 0 spell and has a range of 10', but is otherwise identical.
If you're not a Sor/Wiz, perhaps just see if you can add Repair Minor Damage to your spell list?
My favorite option is the Clockwork Mender swarm, Monster Manual IV, p.30.
A tiny flying construct, a single Clockwork Mender can repair 1d8 points of damage to an object or construct once per day.
A swarm of Clockwork Menders have 2 abilities, "Swarm Repair" and "Swarm Sacrifice" that apply here.
Swarm Repair allows the swarm to restore 1 HP per round, if the swarm and the construct are standing still. The Swarm can use this ability on itself.
Swarm Sacrifice allows the swarm to completely restore a construct to full hitpoints in a round, where the swarm trades it's own hitpoints for the constructs, so it can heal HP up to the swarm reducing to 0.
The Clockwork Mender has the ability to reproduce more of itself, but only on the Plane of Mechanus. Therefore, Swarm Sacrifice probably isn't helpful to you in the long run, where as Swarm Repair is excellent out of combat healing.
The monster entry comes with a level 4 Cleric or Wiz/Sor spell to summon them, in this case Swarm Sacrifice would be very effective.
It also comes with the instructions on how to "Craft Construct" make one of your own. At 2 days per Clockwork Mender, it's useful to make a few, but since the MMI states that a swarm of tiny, flying creatures would constitute 1000 individuals, that might take you some time to create. Five Clockwork Menders would be 10 days worth of work, each able to heal 1d8 damage once per day, that's not too bad.
The Clockwork Mender is never sold, so you can't buy any.
