Problem is, this really doesn't describe ENWorld at all:

It also doesn't apply with Anonymous either considering that THEY OBVIOUSLY FORGOT that the law is written in such a way that each individual owns their own likeness and can choose when to disavow an other individuals ability to display their own image. That not even mentioning the fact that as a corporate entity, YouTube has the right to delete anything from their server that they deem worthy of deletion.
