One more piece of information from this article. The fighter section is approximately 36 pages, rogue section is 30 pages, and ranger section is 30 pages. That's twice as many pages as the PHB classes got, which means they are tripling the content for each class. So aside from more build options and paragon paths, we will likely see a ton of new powers, likely more than what's in the PHB, for each class.

While I look forward to all of it, I sure hope nothing from PHB becomes obsolete, and hope they don't break too many of their own design guidelines this time.

The article is out, but because the magazine has gone official, its behind a paywall. You have to subscribe to the online magazine to read it.

The present cost is $60 for a year, so $5 a month. There's a bit more than just the magazines being offered, with some suggestions that certain other features will be implemented in the future. However, if or when that happens, costs may rise. Of course, if you're locked in, they shouldn't rise for you until your renewal date.

I think that's the lowdown on the matter.

It may function like Furious Smash, but with a shift of some sort.
