Weapon focus and Astral Fire do they stack?

Sorry if this has been asked before but...

It looks like Astral fire adds a +1 feat bonus to damage to powers with the radiant keyword.
Weapon focus adds a +1 feat bonus to all attacks made with a weapon of x type.

So if I use a power like Healing Strike which does 2[W] + Strength radient damage, do both these damage bonuses stack?

I am assuming no, due to the no feat stacking rule, but I don't have the rules so I can't say for sure.

Let me help you: they don't stack due to the no feat stacking rule.

By the RAW does it stack, no. Would I let someone stack it since the feats are doing very different things, one increases weapon damage and the other radiant, yes.

I think the intent of the no-stacking rules are to protect games against the type of crazy broken combos that multiply bonuses from feats across several different splatbooks.

As long as it makes sense to you as DM and it doesn't upset the balance or the players, I say stack away.
