It is a big file. But it pretty much covers everything in the US-Armys arsenal and some stuff they intend to get/invent or currently in trials.

69% done. Times like this make me wish I had DSL or cable... Speaking of which, which is faster? My cable company offers net access via cable, but my current provider offers DSL for the same price.
