Weapons in the Belt of Many Pockets

The description for Belt of Many Pockets in the Complete Arcane says that removing an item is a move action which does not provoke an attack of opportunity. What I'm wondering is with a weapon, does the Quick Draw feat reduce this to a free action? If so, how about other items?

No, the item overrides normal draw techniques.

Quick Draw works only from the normal sheath's.
