We have a friend who, on the side of his regular chef job for Bobby Flay, used to travel to restaurants and educate the staffs for Henessey. He gave us some really awesome bottles of fine liquor which our friends find a little out of their league. We figured we'd bring it and someone would find a use for it

Last year going to the party on Wednesday night and meeting everyone gave the whole con new meaning and set the mood for the rest of the week.
