Hey All! We're officially withdrawing the "Canadiana Suite" part of our party. There is rumor there may be an official Canadiana hosted. I"m sure when there is news to tell it'll be posted in this forum.

So, we'll be in the Embassy Suites hosting the CM / EMW Welcome to GenCon Party.

There is also karaoke going on Wednesday night so people will have lots of choices for party hopping!

We won't have room numbers until we check in. We'll be hanging a flag off the edge of the balcony (Embassy rooms are in a square shape with a big opening in the middle ) so everyone will know where to go. Don't worry, once you are inside, you can't miss it.

For the lastest and greatest info, you can check this Who's Attending thread over on CM. I'm leaving my house now and will arrive in Indy Wednesday 2-3ish. If you are REALLY lost, lots of people from CM have my phone number. Look for one of them and give a call. I'll circulate my room number to anyone in the Embassy I see. Otherwise look for DG and The Universe's Jolly Roger flag or the massive number of congregated people
