Weird head trip

I wanted to see whether I missed some replies in threads where I posted, so I searched for my user name. I really have to start using email notification. Having forgot to put a boundary on time, I basically got all the replies I ever got on the boards. Sorry mr. server. :p

Dudes, I couldn't help spending several hours looking at them. A whole collection of my past opinions, questions, and outright brain farts about D&D topics and more. And it's better than a diary, because it has the people's unfiltered reactions to them, too. There's stuff in there which I had completely forgot, but the Internet didn't. There are witty one-liners that I had forgot to the point that now I laugh at them. The more you go back, the weirder it feels. It's a pity that I can't go back more than a couple of years - even specifying that I only want one year or older posts, I still get more than the maximum of 500 results (I'd need an option to search for arbitrarily old posts).

Turns out that I was right about the BoVD, and the BoEF, and a bunch more things, that people agree with me much more often than not, that I get replied or mentioned way more often than I thought, and that with time I got substantially better at not offending people. I feel so good. :D

I've also found several threads where people addressed me and I didn't answer, probably because the thread fell to page 3 before the following time I visited the boards. Sorry. "Daily notification", mmm... :p
