Not sure if it's this computer or what, but on my Mac w/ Firefox 3 the page keeps on refreshing. When I clicked the Read More link it eventually loaded, but after a few seconds refreshed to be the initial page. Seems very slow as well for loading.

I fired up Opera on the Mac and it loads -fast- and I've had no problems and it looks great

Anyone else having that problem with Firefox 3?

The lion's share of the dev was done on Firefox 3 for PC. I have used the Mac version and am aware that sometimes it has problems the PC version doesn't (and vice versa). As I am currently unemployed I have no Mac at work to check this on.

Odd, it now works fine as well! I guess that's good, but it'd be nice to know why it was acting odd. I'll have to see if it happens on/off and play around w/ ff's cache to see if that helps.

On a side note, I noticed the URL in the email to the thread subscription 404's out. An example for this thread: http://www.enworld.org/showthread.php?t=233242&goto=newpost

Not that big of a deal though. Is there a better place to submit oddities than in the comments for ENWorld 2's announcement?

It does stall on me occasionally - but that's probably server related. We went down several times today while I optimized apache and mysql. Sometimes the PAM framework will send the text string "file not found" in response to a bad image request - and FF3 doesn't seem to like that at all. As the broken images are removed though this should cease being an issue.

Working fine for me on my mac, and seems a lot faster than before (thought that might be because not every one has figured out that the place open again).

The fact that it's 2 in the morning probably has something to do with it. Tomorrow will be the first true load test. I'm worried.

Unfortunately it will be some time before the alternate skins will be deployed since several items outrank it on the priority list. When I do get around to skins though Stealth and PHB are first.

The reason for the loss of all skins was that somehow the style table got corrupted.

I loved stealth, but it's not an issue really for me.

I assume there will never be a "direct to print" style...
(for banner reasons....)
