Last year we had the first physical copies of the 2024 PHB. This year appears to be silent. What’s going on folks at GenCon? Any announcements? Any surprises?

Here’s hoping it’s so good and engrossing that no-one who is there has time to tell us about it!

They showed off the Starter Set and the Forgotten Realms books, we got a lot of details on the FR books.

Wish I could tell you, as this has long been a bucket list item and my childhood best friend/D&D buddy and I were all set to go, with our passes, hotel, and tickets to the Critical Role show all set. But we're Canadian and with everything that is happening we decided we couldn't go in good conscience. I wound up eating the cost of the CR tickets.
