What AC?

What would the knowledgeable folks here expect the AC of the following classes to be, both in AND out of combat (i.e. buffed), at 10th level? I'm interested in comparing the answers to one of my campaigns.

Barbarian
Cleric
Fighter
Ranger
Rogue
Sorcerer
Wizard

This census is a very blunt instrument, I know, but if you feel like answering 'The question is too simple' or 'We don't have enough information', please don't, and take a punt at an answer instead.

Edit: If you don't want to take a stab at the whole class list then please feel free to post the in/out-of-combat AC of your own characters.

Barbarian: out 24, in 22
Cleric: out 25, in 29
Fighter: out 26, in 28
Ranger: out 22, in 22
Rogue: out 22, in 22
Sorcerer: out 20, in 25
Wizard: out 20, in 25

Or, for a more generic answer:

Characters *not* strongly optimized for AC will have AC's in the range of 10->15+Level.

Characters moderately optimzed for AC will have AC's in the range of 15->20+Level.

Characters strongly optimized for AC will have AC's in the range of 20->25+Level.

My own characters (any class) usually have 20+level for AC.

I don't really have much of a grasp on this abstractly, so here are a few actual characters:

Face to Face games: (Equipment generally above average)

Rogue/3Wiz 5/AT 1: 19 AC with mage armor, add shield, alter self and reduce person for an occasional 31... That'd be 10+level or 22+level.

Paladin 4/Sorceror 5: 21 AC without buffs, 31 AC with shield and alter self... 12+level or 22+level.

Druid(Shifter) 9/Swordsage 1: AC 20 in Ferocious Slayer form, 24 with Barksin. 10+level or 14 + level. Also, combat expertise could add 5 points, and due to stance each miss gives a temporary bonus to AC of +2.

Living World games: (Wealth level generally below average)
Psychic Warrior 7: 19 AC, 23 with force shield. 12 or 16 + level, not counting the drop in AC from expansion.

Soulknife 5: AC 20. 15+level.

Barbarian 2/Fighter 2: AC 15... pathetically still in studded leather purchased at character creation. AC 11+level.

wererat scout 11 Out of Combat 22 ( 7 + level) In combat 29 (14 + level) + DR 10/Silver

Both possibly a little higher with a dex boosting item, which I can't remember if I got or not. Game cancelled the day before the first session. It seems i'm destined to be teased by DnD but only to run it never to play

he was such a cool scout as well.
