What are the best "Gamers seeking Gamers" websites for finding a new group?

I have a buddy in Carlisle PA who is hunting a game, and I started to wonder what resources he had available.

We have our own Gamers seeking Gamers forum here, of course. WotC has their own RPG Classified forum for finding a group. What other sites are out there, and how good are they?

www.meetup.com has a lot of D&D related meetups organized, usually about once a month.

For players in Germany there's http://www.adrv.de/ which has a big database of Gamer contacts.

A want ad in a local Yahoo game forum was how my group found me. It works. And it worked fast for me.

www.meetup.com has the best way of finding a group near you. Just enter your zip in the category you are interested in and up pops a list of the nearest meetups. The bad thing is that the categories can overlap, so there is a D&D group and a roleplaying group as well as a Star Wars RPG group and many others.

When my big 8-person group shrank to 2-3 due to moves and other real life issues, we picked up two more from the local forums here, and have been very happy with the result.
