Pathfinder 1E What are the best Paizo PDFs to buy with their new PDFlove discount?

I'm still running Savage Tide, but I expect I'll run one of the newer Paizo APs afterwards. Could anyone compare and contrast their strengths and weaknesses? Which one is best?

Ken

It depends what your players like.

Runelords is traditional. Small village, goblins, ghouls, ogres, giants, dungeons, etc.

Crimson Throne is urban based and a bit more political.

Second Darkness is save the world and adventures in the Underdark, and points further down. It's also for more morally ambiguous characters.

Legacy of Fire is a desert adventure path dealing with gnolls and genies and wishes altering and twisting reality. It's (more or less) what was supposed going to follow Savage Tide.

And add me to the list of people singing Classic Monsters Revisited. Almost all fluff, but really, really, REALLY good takes on all the 'boring' monsters. In a number of cases it elevates them to something mean and dangerous, but understandable and interesting as people. In others, it just revels in their role as monstrous killing machines.

For anyone who picks this one up, I really hope that you enjoy it, and if you have any comments, both positive or otherwise, I would deeply, deeply appreciate knowing what your opinion and impressions were. I wrote most of the book's fluff, and it was the first book I was a major contributor on (co-author), so I'm really keen to get a gauge of what folks liked and/or didn't like.

So please, if you give that one a look, feel free to send me a PM, an email, or even an AIM message.

Well, I thought it glossed over a lot of things I would have liked more detail on, but that's a function of format. It was an interesting read though, and I am looking forward to the planes book.
