What are the 'Killer Feats'?

I think the expanded spellbook feat is the must have feat, what wizard wouldn't take that.

For their daily powers, a wizard selects two from the list to put in his spellbook, then chooses one of those to prepare each day (basically the last remnant of vancian magic). Expanded spellbook allows them to put three powers in their spellbook for each daily power they get (still only get to prep one per day)
