What are the more popular roleplaying systems?

I LOVE GURPS. I would love to play it all the time, .... What is everybody else's experience?

GURPS is my all-time favorite system - and I use it in 90% of my games. How does D&D fit in there? Easy: as bait.
I use my D&D game to lure in new players, ruthlessly weeding out the weak and unfit (and unwashed, drooling, vegans, etc.). Then I begin to introduce the best of the crop to one of my GURPS campaigns - soon, they're hooked: GURPS' "simulationist" rules approach makes it highly "translateable" from real world terms. This means that an experienced GM can play it with players who know next to nothing about the rules - just tell me what you want your PC to do, GURPS will take care of the rest. The same with character creation: I help newbies to create their dream PC in a very easy-going interview process - no matter how sick and twisted the character concept: GURPS can handle it - and players, who knew nothing but class/level thinking, were often amazed with the results.
You want to GM GURPS? Then work a bit for it - I'm doing it for 2 years now, and it works wonders ;)

All-time favorites:

HERO!

West END (D6) Star Wars!

Paranoia!

With Hero, you get the flexibility to play whatever you want (within reason), in whatever genre you want - great for Superhero and Fantasy alike (and more).

With D6 Star Wars, the system was fun and fast, and enabled gaming in the genre excellently.

With Paranoia, well, <furtive look over shoulder> you get high body counts without pissy players, outrageous situations, and non-stop action!

My personal Favorites....

SLA Industries
Alternity
Conspiracy X
Shadowrun
KULT
Blue Planet
Obsidian
Hackmaster

and out of the D20 lot...

Spycraft
CoC
